DoveLewis Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital is hiring full-time Experienced Client Service Representatives to join our Emergency Room front desk team. We are currently hiring for swing and overnight shifts.
As a Client Service Representative in our Emergency Room, you are the first point of contact for our clients and their pets arriving for emergency situations. Your responsibilities will include obtaining vital information from clients, working with our medical teams to prioritize patients, and being available to answer client questions, give updates, take payments and quickly resolve issues in an emotionally charged environment. This role involves strong customer service in a client facing capacity, primarily in person, as well as some administrative tasks. This position will also work to keep clients informed and assured during the uncertainty of an ER visit.
Schedule: ER Client Service Representatives work 3/4 rotating schedules with 10 hour shifts. This means you have a consistent schedule that makes planning the rest of your life easy, and you get three or four days off in a row every week! Currently Hiring for Day, Swing, and Overnight shifts
Wage: $19.95-$22/hour. Additional compensation for applicable shifts.
